Job Intake & Triage
Every job enters our system through structured intake. We capture full details, assign priority based on your SLA requirements, and log the job for tracking.
Dispatcher-Led Scheduling
Our operations team reviews each job and assigns the appropriate engineer based on skillset, location, and availability. No automated routing without oversight.
Engineer Execution
Engineers receive job details and execute works according to the scope. They capture evidence throughout and complete required documentation on site.
Evidence, RAMS & Job Sheets
Before a job can complete, engineers must submit photographic evidence, risk assessments (RAMS), and signed job sheets. This is mandatory, not optional.
QA Review
Every completed job passes through quality review. Our QA team checks evidence completeness, work quality, and documentation before approving closeout.
Closeout & Reporting
Once QA approves, the job is closed with a complete audit trail. You receive the evidence pack and completion report for your records.
Evidence Standards

Photographic Evidence
Before and after photos with timestamps and geolocation. Visual proof of works completed.
RAMS Documentation
Risk Assessment and Method Statement signed by the engineer on site.
Job Sheets
Detailed record of work performed, materials used, and site contact sign-off.
Closeout Options
We offer flexibility in how jobs are formally closed, depending on your requirements.
